Delivery time:
The standard orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 5 working days after receipt of the order. Please note that there may be a longer delivery time shortly after the collection drops. Due to the increased order volume, the delivery time in Germany is approx. 7 to 10 working days.

Transport damage:
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. Failure to lodge a complaint or to contact you has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
